We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team productivity
Negotiate high-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
