Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted partner to construction project management teams
Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to construction operations
Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies for construction staff
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations
Facilitate workforce planning and manpower forecasting
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement within construction teams
Qualifications:
3–5 years of HR experience, specifically within construction projects
Strong understanding of construction industry HR practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations in construction
Proven experience in employee relations and talent management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
