Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the hotel/hospitality sector (mandatory).

Strong understanding of hotel marketing practices, guest engagement strategies, and current tourism trends.

Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand partnerships, and B2B/B2C campaign execution.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
