Rooms Controller (Marriott background preferred)
Lead daily room allocation, pre-arrival planning and VIP routing to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
Maximise revenue opportunities through upgrade strategy and ACU management while resolving assignment conflicts.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to guarantee readiness and timely check-ins.
Maintain and update room inventory and reports, monitor occupancy patterns and suggest operational improvements.
Requirements: Prior front office or rooms control experience; familiarity with Opera PMS is required; strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Marriott experience is an advantage.
