Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain hospital management software and applications
Troubleshoot application issues and provide user support
Collaborate with vendors for software updates and upgrades
Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and applications
Train staff on new systems and updates
Monitor system performance and security
Document procedures and technical issues
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience supporting healthcare IT applications
Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS), EMR/EHR systems
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Excellent communication and user support skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
