We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides.
Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and product teams to gather and verify information.
Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
Organize and manage documentation libraries and version control.
Ensure documentation complies with company standards and style guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in software or IT documentation.
Familiarity with content management systems and version control (Git).
Basic knowledge of HTML or Markdown.
