Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage guest reservations and seating plans efficiently
Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
Assist in managing phone calls and directing guests appropriately
Support overall guest satisfaction and hospitality standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Polite, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer skills for handling reservations and guest logs
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Language skills (e.g., English, other local languages) are a plus
