Sales Executive
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Manage customer relationships to achieve sales goals
• Ensure that every enquiry is dealt with and followed up.
• Ensure prospecting activities carried out by sales staff.
• Achieve customer retention.
• Ensure effective delivery and handover of vehicles in accordance with set procedures.
• Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to meet customer and company requirements
• Sell company products and services by using contact list and developing new prospects and accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Develop customer relationships that generate goodwill and loyalty.
• Conducts negotiations according to company guidelines.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Respond to customer concerns about the company and its products.
Job Details :
• At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales.
• Vast knowledge and experience in UAE
• Must be able to manage customer relationships, develop sales plans and business strategies.
• UAE Driving License
