Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client relationships for FM services
Prepare technical and commercial proposals
Conduct sales presentations and site visits
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM records
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
8+ years of sales experience in facilities management or related industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of FM services and UAE market trends
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Salary Range: 10,000 to 12,000 AED
