Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily operations of the department or facility
Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports
Identify process gaps and assist in improving operational workflows
Ensure inventory, logistics, or administrative processes are on track (based on industry)
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, logistics, finance, etc.) to resolve issues
Handle operational escalations and problem-solving on the ground
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
