Job Responsibilities:
∙Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
∙Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ∙
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ∙
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities Job
Requirements: ∙
Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience ∙
Possess a valid UAE driving license ∙
Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written) ∙
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results ∙
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred
Qualifications or Skills: ∙Strong networking and relationship-building skills ∙.
Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills ∙
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences ∙
Strong organizational and time management abilities ∙
Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills ∙
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions ∙
Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE ∙
Familiarity with CRM software
∙Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Knowledge of Sharjah ,Ajman and Umm AlQuian , real estate market and regulations
