Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all production activities for events
Manage technical teams, vendors, and equipment
Oversee stage design, audio, lighting, and AV setups
Ensure safety standards and technical quality
Develop production schedules and oversee their implementation
Troubleshoot technical issues during events
Collaborate closely with event planners and clients
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in event production or technical management
Strong understanding of AV, lighting, staging, and technical equipment
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Relevant certifications in technical production or related fields are preferred
