We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage and oversee the documentation process for our projects and operations. The Document Controller will ensure that all documents are properly filed, stored, and distributed, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in document control or administrative roles (preferably in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Understanding of version control, document numbering, and file structuring.
