A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to design specifications and quality standards. They act as the technical link between the project design and the actual construction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Prior experience (1–5 years) in site engineering or construction supervision is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health and safety standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project management tools is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
