Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and repair of motors, control panels, drives, PLC systems, power distribution boards, and instrumentation.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure availability of critical electrical spare parts.
• Review and update electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical and operations teams for integrated plant maintenance.
• Supervise electricians and provide technical guidance and training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. ITI – Diploma holder
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial plants; experience in waste treatment, boiler, or cement plants is desirable.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting MCCs, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control systems.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA systems and basic instrumentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Electrical fault analysis and system troubleshooting
• Knowledge of power and control circuits
• Compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Team management and shift coordination.
