Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Qualifications & Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of at least two or more Fusion HCM modules
• (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with configuration, data loading (HDL/Spreadsheet loader), and security setup.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.
