Cluster Company WLL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in ELV /ICT and AV systems and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing techno-commercial solutions, and driving revenue by promoting and selling ELV/ICT and AV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Data Center solutions, Networking, Wi-Fi solutions, and other low-voltage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
• Conduct site surveys and provide appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering team to develop project proposals and technical submittals.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Vendor Management
• Close coordination with the ELV/ICT and AV Vendors in the market.
• Strong communications skill
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues in coordination with the service team.
