Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day IT support requests and issues
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Maintain IT asset records and documentation
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and system access control
Support rollout of new tools, systems, and updates
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in IT support or coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving
Good knowledge of Office 365 Administration, Networking, and Ticketing Tools.
