Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans that align with business goals.
• Set, monitor, and drive achievement of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Run productive team meetings, training sessions, and motivational initiatives to improve performance.
• Oversee lead generation and follow-up workflows to ensure strong pipeline conversion and timely closures.
• Provide hands-on support and expert guidance to close high-value property transactions.
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships while ensuring high standards of service and results.
Candidate Profile
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage sales professionals.
• Strong track record in meeting sales targets within the Dubai real estate market or similar fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving execution and results.
