Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees and contractors
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate emergency drills and response plans
Collaborate with management and regulatory bodies to ensure workplace safety standards are met
Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and culture
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Higher Secondary education; diploma or degree preferred
Relevant safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, etc.)
Proven experience in safety supervision, preferably in industrial or construction environments
Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations
