Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Create detailed mechanical designs and models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to meet project requirements.

Prototyping & Testing: Develop prototypes, conduct tests, and analyze results to refine designs and ensure functionality.

Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and assist in the production process.

Problem-Solving: Identify mechanical issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions to maintain system efficiency.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance manuals.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and quality control personnel, to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), FEA tools, and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials science, thermodynamics, and manufacturing processes.
