Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process specifically for real estate roles.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials
Handle visa processing, renewals, and other PRO-related tasks
Oversee office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support management with HR policies, performance evaluations, and employee engagement
Manage CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment within the real estate sector
Working knowledge of CRM systems (real estate CRMs preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
