Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on-site and in the office.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Lead safety training sessions for staff and subcontractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with UAE Safety Regulations, OSHA standards, and client safety requirements.
Maintain safety documentation and record-keeping.
Promote safety awareness and best practices among all personnel.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Valid UAE Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in construction.
Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and standards.
Excellent communication and training skills.
