We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present and promote company products or services to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and promotions.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Provide feedback from clients to improve products and services.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and promote the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
