Key Responsibilities:
Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety studies for the project.
Develop and review HSE procedures, plans, and programs.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety compliance across all phases.
Provide technical guidance on hazard mitigation and safety measures.
Support emergency response planning and drills.
Ensure all safety documentation and reports are maintained and submitted as required.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Safety Engineering.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in offshore oil & gas safety management, with brownfield experience preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, HAZOP facilitator, SIL).
Strong knowledge of offshore safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
