Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within foundation contracting, piling, shoring, ground improvement, and grouting sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Coordinate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare reports on business development activities and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business development within foundation, piling, or ground improvement sectors in UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE construction market and key clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
