Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Understand customer technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized proposals
Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and bid documents
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product developments
Provide post-sales support and technical guidance as needed
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
4+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
Strong knowledge of products/services within the relevant engineering field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Experience working with clients in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar sectors (as applicable)
