Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or management is a plus.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in hospitality or facilities management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
