We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, Pediatrician to join our medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping prevent children’s diseases and injuries, from infancy through adolescence. You will work closely with families to provide holistic and child-centered care in line with UAE healthcare standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular well-baby/well-child checkups, including physical exams and developmental assessments
Diagnose and treat a wide range of childhood illnesses, injuries, infections, and chronic conditions
Prescribe medications and administer treatments in accordance with DHA guidelines
Counsel parents on nutrition, safety, hygiene, and disease prevention
Monitor growth and development milestones
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, x-rays, and MRIs
Refer patients to pediatric specialists if advanced care is required
Maintain up-to-date patient records using clinic/hospital electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, and specialists
Follow all local regulations regarding patient confidentiality, reporting of diseases, and DHA protocols
✅ Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics.
Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience, preferably including UAE or GCC experience
Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric medicine, emergency care, and vaccination schedules
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Familiarity with EMR systems and DHA reporting standards
Compassionate, patient, and family-centered approach to care

💰 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 60,000 – 80,000/month (depending on experience and seniority)
