Telesales Consultant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to qualified/warm leads and handle inbound inquiries from campaigns.
• Qualify prospects (needs, budget, timeline, location), match to inventory, and book site visits/private viewings.
• Own the follow-up rhythm (phone/WhatsApp/email) to move prospects through the funnel to reservation.
• Hit and exceed KPIs: daily call connects, appointment-set rate, show-up rate, lead-to-sale conversion, and revenue.
• Keep CRM fully updated (stages, notes, next steps) and share feedback on lead quality with Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE telemarketing rules, data privacy, and internal QA standards.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Advisors for handovers and closing support.
Requirements for the role:
• Proven telesales/inside-sales experience in UAE real estate (min. 2–3 years).
• Background at a real estate brokerage or developer is mandatory.
• Documented high conversion rates (please include recent metrics in your CV or cover note).
• Bilingual: English + one of (Arabic | Russian | French).
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
• CRM System: Salesforce experience.
• Based in the UAE; Abu Dhabi location
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Flexibility to work peak times (some evenings/weekends) to serve international prospects
