Senior Construction Manager

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the construction team across multiple projects/sites.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project managers and engineers.
• Review contract documents and manage contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years' experience in large-scale construction projects, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and large-scale developments.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and contract administration (FIDIC knowledge preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
