About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Officer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees across UAE and KSA, with a deep understanding of regional labor laws and payroll compliance.

This role demands accuracy, ownership, and a proactive mindset, especially in a fast-paced environment where manual data entry and precision are key.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Process and manage monthly payroll for 500+ employees across UAE & KSA.
Handle individual payroll components: salaries, overtime, deductions, and leave balances.
Accurately enter and verify employee timesheets and attendance records.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and HR analytics.
Support month-end closing activities including payroll provisions and journal entries.
Ensure full compliance with WPS and local labor regulations in both UAE and KSA.
Manage HR budgets and coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll provisions.
Address employee payroll-related queries professionally and promptly.
Assist in internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of UAE & KSA labor laws and payroll practices.
Proficiency in payroll systems and ERP platforms (e.g., ZETA, SAP, ZOHO ePROMIS).
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Certification in Payroll Management or HRMS is a plus.
