Plan, schedule, and supervise MEP activities from design through execution to project handover.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Manage estimation and bidding for MEP works, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and preparation of technical/commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of MEP works and competitive pricing.
• Monitor site progress, prepare technical reports, and address any deviations from the project plan.
• Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support procurement by reviewing technical submittals and material approvals.
• Liaise with civil, structural, and architectural teams for smooth project integration.
• Assist in cost control, risk management, and value engineering initiatives.
• Lead site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support during project execution and tender stage
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Rigger in offshore oil & gas or marine projects.
Good communication skills and team coordination.
Knowledge in site coorsination amnd estimation
