We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, market analysis, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in identifying sales opportunities and implementing marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.

Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-up communication.

Manage the sales pipeline through CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Handle client negotiations and close deals effectively.

🔹 Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Create and manage promotional materials and digital content.

Monitor online marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.

Coordinate with design, media, and content teams to support branding activities.

Help plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred for senior roles).

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Knowledge of marketing tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.

Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines and targets.

Familiarity with relevant industry products or services is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing software/tools.
