Human Resources Assistant

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description :

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Maintain digital and physical records of employees (e.g., contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.)
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating communication with candidates
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and onboarding forms
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
• Help organize and coordinate HR projects, events, and activities
• Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, etc.)
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
• Understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
