Responsibilities:
Maintain and update electronic and manual project filing systems.
Enforce document control for all contracts and related documentation.
Coordinate preparation and submission of O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
Support Project Directors and Managers with administrative tasks.
Prepare project reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Manage close-out documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in proofreading contracts and verifying compliance with company standards.
Collaborate across departments to share information and ensure smooth project communication.
Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a project management environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with technology-driven project coordination and document control systems.
