Document Controller
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage document control processes in ACONEX, ensuring accurate upload, distribution, and tracking of project documents.
• Maintain logs for drawings, correspondences, submittals, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely document flow.
• Review and format documents for consistency and professional presentation.
• Ensure controlled access to project files and maintain up-to-date records.
• Prepare and share reports or trackers as required by management.
• Draft short, professional emails for internal and external communication.
• Utilize WeTransfer and OneDrive for file sharing and secure document transfers.
• Support the team in ensuring compliance with document management standards and project procedures.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in ACONEX document control system (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to draft concise and professional email communications.
• Experience using WeTransfer and OneDrive for document handling.
• Prior Construction Consultancy experience (mandatory).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
