We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing buildings and spaces that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. The role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed drawings
Prepare 2D and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
Oversee site progress and ensure design implementation during construction
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
Prepare documentation for permits, tenders, and construction contracts
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion or similar software
Strong understanding of UAE building regulations and codes
Excellent design and visualization skills
Strong communication and project coordination abilities
DM (Dubai Municipality) license is a plus (for senior roles)
