We are actively seeking a dynamic and client-focused IT Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT sales within the UAE and possess a strong understanding of IT solutions and services. This role is designed for a motivated professional ready to drive business growth and manage key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand relationships with both new and existing clients in the IT sector
Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting IT solutions, products, and services
Identify new business opportunities in the UAE market and build a robust sales pipeline
Prepare and deliver tailored IT sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of proven IT sales or account management experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
Valid UAE driving license preferred
