HR & Admin Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily HR operations, including employee documentation and attendance management.
• Assist in payroll preparation, leave tracking, and HR record maintenance.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
• Maintain employee databases and HR systems with accuracy.
• Provide assistance in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for office-related needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
