We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Front Office cum Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities while handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and telecalling assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and front desk activities
Receive and sort daily mail/couriers
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Assist with general administrative tasks and documentation
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, promotions, or feedback
Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
Maintain customer contact database and call records
Promote services or products over the phone as required
Follow up on leads or inquiries shared by the sales/marketing team
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets if applicable
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary School Graduate
1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers may be considered with good communication skills)
Good spoken and written communication skills in English (other regional languages are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office and handling basic office equipment
Pleasant personality, polite attitude, and professional grooming
Multitasking and time management skills
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
