We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with clients for order confirmations, deliveries, and follow-ups
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM or ERP system
Monitor and track ongoing sales deals and report status to management
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide support as needed
Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations departments to ensure timely delivery and billing
Maintain sales reports, targets, and performance tracking sheets
Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and satisfaction feedback
Organize and schedule client meetings, demos, and events if required
Support the preparation of sales contracts, tenders, and other documents
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
