We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Lead to take charge of our organization’s health, safety, and environmental management system. The ideal candidate will lead all HSE activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals and regulatory standards
Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits to proactively manage workplace risks
Conduct thorough incident investigations, root cause analyses, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed effectively
Oversee HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor and analyze HSE performance data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent
Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in HSE leadership roles, preferably in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar industries
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions
