Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace.
Manage multiple office tasks including document handling, refreshments, and supply coordination.
Assist different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Work independently, prioritizing and managing daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and management to ensure smooth operations.
