We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in villa, residential, and commercial building construction, and will be responsible for managing, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
Supervise and monitor execution of construction work at site to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and subcontractors for project execution.
Plan and execute residential, villa, and commercial projects from start to finish.
Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and monitor cost control to stay within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve issues promptly.

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of relevant experience in villa, residential, and commercial building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
Excellent project management and site supervision skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with safety and quality control standards.
