We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy E-commerce Professional to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, digital marketing, sales performance, customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on company website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.)
Optimize product descriptions, images, keywords, and SEO for better visibility
Monitor and analyze online sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior
Coordinate with marketing teams to run online promotions, campaigns, and advertisements
Handle online customer queries, reviews, and feedback to improve service and retention
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
2+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplace seller portals
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
