Restaurant Hostess
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate table assignments based on server availability and guest preferences.
• Maintain an organized and accurate reservation book.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs and optimize seating efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Presentable appearance and a welcoming personality.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
