Inventory Control Coordinator
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in day-to-day inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile stock movements in ERP (SAP/Oracle/other systems).
• Support cycle counting, stock verification, and physical inventory audits.
• Track and report on slow-moving and excess inventory for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and planning teams for timely material transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers).
• Generate and update inventory reports, stock status, and KPIs on a regular basis.
• Provide support in identifying gaps and assisting in process improvements.
Skills & Qualification :
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2- 4 years' experience in inventory control/ warehouse/ supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (INFOR preferred) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Supply Chain/ Inventory Management (APICS, CILT, etc.).
