Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
• Handle incoming emails and correspondence professionally.
• Assist in preparing letters and internal communications if required.
• Organize and maintain company records, employee files and databases.
• Support HR and PRO teams with documentation, visa processing, and onboarding activities when necessary.
• Assist in translation of documents from English to Arabic.
• Perform additional office tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements :
• Must be a UAE National (Emirati).
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in administration, office support is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
