Technograph Trading Co. LLC, a leading supplier of office and school stationery, is expanding its sales team. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who is passionate about sales and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and processing orders.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
• Handle procurement activities, including supplier coordination, purchase orders, and stock management.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in stationery or office supplies sales.
• Proven experience in sales coordination and customer handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in the UAE market preferred.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
